Built on the edge of Port St Francis – a working port, with breath taking 180 degree uninterrupted ocean view. This property features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms split over 3 levels. The stunning bar, lounge, dining area and indoor fire place leads onto the infinity pool (not child friendly, NOT fenced) and deck. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a scullery, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV with DSTV and DVD player. The unit has its own private, underground and secure parking’s with direct access to the property. The port is home to local calamari fisherman and permanent and visiting leisure craft. Port Island 3 is close to St Francis Bay, which is known for its endemic white houses with either black tile or thatch roofs blending together with the Sardinian-style red tile roofs and a canal system. This stunning seaside house provides every comfort and convenience you’d expect from a luxury property.


ROOM 1: On the top level with stunning views onto the port and private balcony. Queen size bed with en suite, open plan bathroom with shower and free standing bath.

ROOM 2: Situated on the 2nd level with sliding doors onto private balcony. Double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

ROOM 3: Situated on the first level as you enter the property a double or twin room with en suite bathroom with shower. Private balcony with views onto the port.

There is a private beach for the Estate. There are local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute’s walk. The house will be cleaned prior to guest’s arrival. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, please request this. Guests can smoke on the outside balcony's and patio's but NOT inside the property. This is for fire safety. Not suitable for wheelchairs but family friendly! Safety in the pool is the guest’s responsibility at all time.

Guests will be met on arrival by Dane, our manager, and then we are only a phone call away, you will be left in private. There is no public transport in the area so a vehicle is needed. The roads are great for cycling and there are many mountain bike trails minutes away from Port Island 3.
